Backup
Create a copy of your data and choose where the file will be saved.
Backups are started explicitly by you. Revisync prepares a copy and opens the system file picker so you can choose the destination.
A flow worth understanding
- Open the backup option in the app.
- Wait while the file is prepared.
- Choose a folder or provider in the system picker.
- Confirm the save and keep a copy in a safe place.
The file may be saved to Files, Google Drive, iCloud Drive or another destination offered by the device. Once exported, it leaves the app’s private storage and is also subject to the rules of the provider you chose.
Backup is not sync: Revisync does not automatically upload copies or maintain its own cloud in the MVP.
