Backup does not open
What to check when the destination picker or backup file does not appear as expected.
Backups use the system file picker. If it does not appear, wait a few seconds, check that the app has enough space to prepare the file and try again without interrupting the operation.
If the destination is missing
The picker shows providers installed and available on the device. A service may be absent if it is not installed, configured or reachable at that moment. You can choose another local destination and move the file later.
If a file was created, check its name, size and location before closing the picker. Do not assume that closing a screen without confirmation saved the copy.
Do not send your data to support unnecessarily: describe the error first and preserve the original file.
