Create a subject
Learn how to create subjects and give context to the content you study.
Subjects are the first level of organisation in Revisync. Use them to separate areas, disciplines or study tracks.
How to create one
In the subjects area, choose the option to add a subject, enter a clear name and confirm. Avoid putting unrelated topics into one name: a well-defined subject makes the home screen and calendar easier to read.
After it is created, a subject can receive content and belong to a group. Creating a subject by itself does not start a review.
Before starting a cycle
You can prepare your structure in advance. Create the subject and content you plan to study; a cycle begins only when you confirm that the content has been studied.
Important: creating a subject or content is not the same as recording a study session. The cycle date should represent when you actually started studying that content.
