Content

Understand what enters a cycle and the difference between created and studied content.

Applies to Revisync 1.x

Content is the unit that receives a cycle. It can exist as a draft in your base or be active in a review flow.

Two different moments

Creating content prepares your structure. Starting its cycle records that you studied it and sets the next date. This separation lets you prepare a base without filling your agenda with reviews that have not begun.

While in use, content keeps its study history, review count and current step. Ending a cycle removes the future commitment; restarting creates a new flow rather than silently continuing the old one.

Practical rule: start a cycle when you are ready to take responsibility for its next review.
