Cycles

A cycle is the sequence of steps a piece of content follows after you confirm that you studied it. It organises future dates without asking you to calculate them manually.

Progressing and ending

When you complete the current step, the content advances to the next date. After the final step, the cycle ends. Opening and closing the same item on the same day does not create a valid new review.

You can also end a cycle before it is complete. It stops appearing as pending. If you return to the topic, start a new cycle; the flow restarts without carrying the previous statistics forward as though it were continuous.

A cycle is not a contract: when your reality changes, adjusting or restarting is better than marking a step that did not happen.
